Thylander Group appoints Vice President for the Group's activities in Germany (DE/DK)

During the past two years, the Danish real estate investor Thylander Group has expanded its activities on the German real estate market extensively and is now appointing a German Vice President based in Berlin.

The Danish real estate investor Thylander Group has appointed Marc Wiese (37) as Vice President for the Group's activities on the German real estate market. Marc Wiese joins Thylander Group on 15 March 2007 from a position as Senior Asset Manager in BauBeCon GmbH – one of the major players on the German real estate market.

For the past years, Thylander Group has expanded its activities on the German real estate market extensively. During the summer of 2006, the Thylander Group, among other deals, initiated the founding investments on well-situated commercial and residential properties in Berlin and Hamburg. Furthermore, in a partnership with Proark ApS,Thylander Group has a real estate portfolio of more than 4,300 flats in Berlin.

In his function as Vice President, Marc Wiese will represent Thylander Group on the German market and he will be responsible for co-coordinating the activities of the Group in Germany. In particular, Marc Wiese will focus on search and select in relation to identification and negotiation of properties suited for investments by Victoria Properties A/S. From his previous function as manager of BauBeCon's department for asset management and real estate investments in Germany, primarily Berlin, Marc Wiese has wide-ranging experience within all areas of the real estate market in Germany.
