Terrace Hill Group plc announces that planning permission has been granted by Wear Valley District Council for its leisure and retail scheme at Tindale Crescent, Bishop Auckland.
The development will regenerate land which has been vacant and derelict since the closure of Warner Electrics in 2003. With around 800 jobs expected to be created both during the development phase and at the scheme once it is fully operational, Tindale Crescent offers a significant number of new long term employment opportunities for the community
