The Všeboice shopping centre is located 5 km northwest of UstI nad Labem. It was built in 1999 by Bainbridge and compromises over 18,000 m². Previous tenants include the British retail chain TescoHervis and McDonald’s

Peter Wojtusiak, Associate Director Investment Properties at CBRE, commented on the transaction: “Selling such a specific shopping centre generally takes a long time. There were several bidders who considered purchasing and utilizing the shopping centre. Opening a casino on the premises was also being considered at one point. We’re delighted about the fact we managed to complete the sale and that Tamda Foods will rejuvenate the centre.”
