TAG announces completion of commercial property portfolio contract (DE)

TAG Immobilien AG announced the completion of its contract with the Apollo European Principal Finance Fund II regarding the sale of TAG's commercial real estate portfolio.
The sale of TAG Gewerbe Immobilien GmbH had already been concluded at the end of March 2014 in the form of a 'share deal' with a selling volume of around €297 million. TAG continues to hold a 20% stake in TAG Gewerbe Immobilien GmbH.
