Niam sells office property in Gothenburg, Sweden (SE)

Niam has disposed of the office property Masthugget 30:6, located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The property comprises approx. 16,000 m² of leasable area and the biggest tenant is Arbetsförmedlingen (job center), which recently signed a new five-year lease agreement concerning 5,400 m².
The buyer Elof Hansson Fastighets AB, a Swedish property company, will access the properties on November 15, 2012.
