A further area of roughly 260 m² will be used by SPRIZZ for its Mediterranean food concept. The third floor, with an office area of almost 700 m², will be occupied by the HOCHTIEF Solutions Leipzig units. The planning office ZBP Zimmermann und Becker has taken out a lease for the second floor, also with an area of just under 700 m². The Trias building should be ready for tenants in Q1 2014.
The formart Leipzig branch, which specializes in the project development of downtown parking garages and commercial buildings with retail space, is constructing Trias on a lot of over 900 m² at the intersection of Martin-Luther-Ring 12/corner of Markgrafenstrasse. The office and commercial building has a triangular footprint.
Its eight above-ground floors will be aligned with the neighboring buildings, and three stories will be added on at the top. There will be parking spaces for almost 30 cars in the basement. Trias has been designed to meet the criteria for Silver certification from the German Sustainable Building Council - DGNB e.V.
