OVG buys 60,000 m² of office space in Amsterdam (NL)

The acquisition of the office building at Basisweg 10 in Amsterdam represents a significant move by OVG Real Estate in its strategy to invest in existing buildings and redevelopments in the Netherlands.
The entire building, comprising more than 60,000 m² GFA (completed in 1973), is leased to Cordares. OVG has bought the building from Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Office Fund N.V. Loyens Loeff advised the buyer.
