Niam acquires 100,000 m² office and retail portfolio in Finland (FI)

Niam has acquired 15 office and two retail properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
Niam has acquired a total of 17 properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area comprising more than 100,000 m².
Johan Bergman, CEO at Niam says, "We are very satisfied with the investment and its excellent locations, high quality properties and steady existing income. Niam is confident that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment area that will continue to improve going forward."
The financing will be provided by German bank Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) who is acting as Arranger in this transaction.
