Zweibrücken The Style Outlets received the award for Best Outlet Center.
The awards were presented during the fifth European Conference of the European Factory Outlet Centers Observatory (MAGDUS), held in France. Every two years, the European Factory Outlet Centers Observatory accepts nominations for the industry’s best projects in Europe. Awards are given for seven categories: Best Center, Best Project, Best Brand Dynamism, Best Architecture, Best Promotion Activity, Manager of the Year, and Investor of the Year.
This year the center managed by NEINVER in Germany, Zweibrücken The Style Outlets, received the award for Best Outlet Center. Open since 2001, it is Germany’s largest outlet center with 30,300 m² of GLA and 125 units.
In the previous edition, NEINVER was also honored with several MAGDUS Awards: Manager of the Year; Best Project for Honfleur The Style Outlets (France); and Best Promotion Activity for the launch of its platform, The Style Outlets.
Best Outlet Center and Best Architecture
Vicolungo The Style Outlets, winner in the Best Architecture category, opened in 2004 and is one of the two outlet centers that NEINVER manages in Italy, along with Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets, near to Milan. The Vicolungo center consists of 34,132 m² of GLA and 150 units.
Both centers are part of NEINVER’s international outlets platform, The Style Outlets. A finalist in four out of seven categories
Besides the awards it received, NEINVER was a finalist in a further four competition categories: Best Project for Roppenheim The Style Outlets, the company’s first outlet center in France, which will open on April 25; and in the categories of Best Promotion Activity, Manager of the Year, and Investor of the Year (through the IRUS Fund).
