 The new CarrefourSA Maltepe Park is scheduled to open in 2013. The new CarrefourSA Maltepe Park is scheduled to open in 2013 with a stronger branch and tenant mixture. The new mall will host 250 shops, an enlarged food court with seating capacity for around 2,000 people, 36 restaurants and cafés, a bigger CarrefourSA hypermarket, 8 cinema halls and parking space for 3,500 cars. In addition, the extended CarrefourSA Maltepe Park will also provide 15,000 m² of office space.
Situated at the highway E-5 in Maltepe, the new CarrefourSA Maltepe Park will welcome its visitors with a new design regarding shopping and entertainment.
ECE Türkiye is responsible for leasing and managing CarrefourSA Maltepe Park SC since its opening in 2005 and will also execute the leasing process for the extension.
