Unibail-Rodamco issues €500-million bond (FR/NL)

Unibail-Rodamco SE announces that it has successfully issued a six-year bond maturing December 13, 2017 for a total amount of €500 million.
The bond will offer a coupon of 3.875%. The issuance was three times covered, the order book reaching €1.5 billion.

This issuance confirms the confidence of bond investors in Unibail-Rodamco's credit profile.

The net proceeds from the bond will strengthen the liquidity of the Group.

Unibail-Rodamco is rated A (stable outlook) by Standard & Poor's and FitchRatings.
