DELTA develops shopping center in Bad Driburg (DE)

Delta Immobilienentwicklung, German operating company of Delta Development Group, are developing a new shopping center in Bad Driburg, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Located in the southern district of this town, construction of this ca 8,000-m² peripheral shopping center is to start this year.
Development will match the existing built-up surroundings and will involve new constructions as well as reconstructions. The project will be a major quality boost to the area, while its efficient layout will ensure optimal use of the precinct. MB Plan GmbH are the architects responsible for the design. By now, leases have been contracted with several large German retail chains like Aldi, Rewe, Deichmann and Takko and the present BMW-garage has extended its current lease contract for this location.
Completion of the project is planned by the 3rd quarter of 2009.
