Successful first year for Leimdörfer in Finland (FI/SE)

In its first year of operations in Finland, Leimdörfer has established itself also as one of the market leading property advisors on the fast growing Finnish property market. To date, Leimdörfer has advised on property divestments with property values exceeding €400 millions in Finland.

By combining cutting edge financial skills with in-depth knowledge of the Nordic property market, Leimdörfer offers a unique set of property related financial and strategic advisory services in Sweden and Finland. Leimdörfer joined forces with Glitnir Property Group in Norway in April of this year and is owned by Glitnir Bank and by partners.

Since establishing an office in Helsinki in August 2006, Leimdörfer's services have been retained by a number of major clients. The office in Helsinki is headed by Jonas Ahlblad and has today a staff of five.

Unilever's headquarters in Helsinki
Leimdörfer Finland acted as sole financial adviser to HGR Property Partners in the successful divestment of Unilever's headquarters in Helsinki. The 8,400 m2 office property was acquired by Warburg-Henderson for €30.5 million, representing an initial yield of 5.4%.

Juvanmalmi Logistics Centre
Leimdörfer Finland acted as sole financial adviser to Merrill Lynch, O'Connor
Capital Partners and Genesta Property Nordic in the divestment of the Juvanmalmi Logistics Centre in Espoo. The property has a total lettable area of approx. 60,900. Juvanmalmi Logistics Centre was acquired by JP Morgan in July 2007.

Iso Omena shopping center
Leimdörfer Finland acted as sole financial adviser to Doughty Hanson in the divestment of prime shopping center Iso Omena in Helsinki. Iso Omena is one of the largest shopping centers in the Nordic region with a total lettable area of approx. 60,500 m². Iso Omena was acquired by Citycon for €329 million in August 2007.
