Storm Properties announces that it has opened an office in Saint Petersburg. The new office started its work on 7 July 2008. In the Northern capital Storm Properties is also developing a Class A office complex with a total area of 80,000 m² located next to Pulkovo-2 airport.
The 1.5 hectare site allotted for project development is situated in the south part of Saint Petersburg on the territory of Moscow Administrative District.
The project's concept assumes the development of high-quality office buildings that will have flexible floor plates, professional services and ability to adapt to alternating requirements of its tenants.
The project's total area is approximately 80,000 m²; the leasable office area is about 50,000 m². The investors of the project are PIK Group and Storm Properties. The developer of the project is Storm Properties.
