Stirling Development Agency receives planning permission on two significant office schemes (UK)

Stirling Development Agency Ltd (SDA), the 50/50 joint venture between Valad Property Group and Stirling Council, has received planning permission on two significant office schemes that will boost Stirling's regeneration. Detailed planning approval has been given to develop two new office buildings and redevelop the adjacent railway engine shed into a new bar and restaurant, at the heart of Forthside, Stirling's 40 acre waterfront regeneration site. The SDA has also received outline planning consent for Kildean Business Park on the northern edge of the city.
