Stam sells Adenine office building in Lyon (FR)

International real estate advisor Savills has advised STAM and the Caisse des Dépôts Group on the sale of Adenine at 60 Avenue Rockefeller in the eighth arrondissement of Lyon, to the SCPI PFO2 on behalf of Perial group for €17.8 million.

The 6,897 m² office asset, constructed in 2007, is situated within Lyon's Bioparc area and is fully let to eight tenants in the health sector including MGEN, Erytech and MACSF.

Boris Cappelle, director of investment at Savills France, says: "The transaction was carried out in record time, taking just two months from market launch to completion, reflecting the on-going demand for SCPI vehicles in France's office markets."

BNP Paribas Real Estate was co-instructed in the sale.
