Property development, investment and asset management company St Martins has announced the appointment of Yiming Yang as Senior Investment Manager, Overseas. Yiming will primarily assist with the identification and appraisal of new investment opportunities throughout Asia.
Yiming previously worked for Colliers CRE, most recently running their Asia desk in London, and prior to that, as Head of Colliers' Commercial team in Beijing.
Commenting on the appointment, Nigel Brown, Managing Director, St Martins, said: "We are delighted to welcome Yiming to the team. We see Asia as a key growth area for St Martins: and as Yiming has a good understanding of the market, he is in an excellent position to help us spearhead our growth within the Far East. We are currently exploring opportunities in Japan, China and Vietnam."
Yiming will be based at St Martins' head office in London.
