Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has sold two logistics properties in Vantaa and a retail property in Joensuu for a combined total of some €22 million.
The two logistics properties in Vantaa were sold to a property investment company owned by Mandatum Life Insurance Company Limited and Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company for €20.1 million.
The logistics properties sold are located in Tammisto and Veromiehenkylä in Vantaa. The property located at Äyrikuja 3 has a floor area of about 9,000 m² and the property at Sähkötie 1 has some 11,500 m². Both properties are fully leased.
Sponda sold the retail property in Joensuu with a floor area of 3,500 m² on 7 April 2009 to Sislin Oy for some €1.9 million. The property is located in the Käpykangas business park, at Kuurnankatu 2. The property is fully leased.
The sale of the properties has no impact on Sponda's result.
