Sponda Plc. announces that CFO Robert Öhman has decided to leave his position in Sponda Plc. Mr Öhman's employment will end by May 9, 2009 at the latest.
Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and Treasury, Erik Hjelt, will serve as acting CFO.
