Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has announced that it has purchased an office property that is currently under construction in Moscow for US $47.5 million (approx. €31m) from Plazmexon Investments Ltd.
The property is located in the center of Moscow, close to excellent transport connections, at Prospekt Mira 6. The premises will have a total of 3,025 m² of leasable office space and parking space for 54 cars. Sponda is engaged in initial negotiations with various potential tenants. The building will be completed by the end of 2007.
