Finnish real estate investment company Sponda Plc is purchasing office premises in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, from Realinvest Oy at a price of €10.4 million. The price will be paid approximately two years after the transaction date, on 30 June 2008. The property is located at Porkkalankatu 7 and at the time of purchase has an occupancy rate of 30%. The property has a leasable area of 5,455 m².
The purchased property fits in with Sponda's office premises portfolio in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Ruoholahti is a developing area and through the purchase Sponda is increasing its property holdings in western Helsinki.
