Sponda has increased its holding in Ovenia Oy, which provides property management services, from 51% to 70%. Sponda has purchased Ovenia shares from Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company and Sampo Life Insurance Company Limited.
Sponda intends to further develop and expand Ovenia's business in the future. In addition, the owners of Ovenia investigate the possibility to expand the company's ownership base. The current owners of Ovenia are Sponda Plc, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Sampo plc and Sampo Life Insurance Company Limited.
