On November 20, 2008 Quinlan Private Golub (QPG) has unveiled its plans for South City Shopping, Bratislava. The 60,000-m² shopping center will begin construction in 2010, for opening in Q3 2012. QPG's own financial strength and that of the Slovak economy, which is showing some of the strongest growth in Europe, will allow the development to be constructed during the current global slowdown. This means that South City Shopping should open during a period of renewed optimism and growth. All the infrastructure financing has already been secured and the land is owned by QPG.
