Carter Jonas has completed the unconditional sale of a freehold 1.13-acre site in West Croydon to Social Capital Partners. Known as The Old Dairy, the site on Bensham Lane was previously used as car parking and has significant potential for residential development. It is a short distance from West Croydon Station and High Street, which offers a good selection of shops and amenities. Crystal Palace Football Club and Mitcham Common are also within walking distance. The purchase price was not disclosed.
