Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced that it has pre let its 6.800-m² office development CityZen situated Boulevard National in Rueil Malmaison (near Paris) nearly a year prior to delivery programmed for mid 2008.
The future tenant is Soletanche Bachy, subsidiary of the Vinci Group, and the rent for a 6/9-year closed lease term.
Société de la Tour Eiffel was advised by Awon Asset Management.
Commenting on the transaction Robert Waterland, Managing Director Société de la Tour Eiffel, says, "We are delighted to achieve such a significant pre let in the context of our portfolio representing as it does 25% of our current development pipeline."
