Skanska Norway has signed a contract with Norwegian Property ASA for the construction of an office and commercial property in Oslo, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 524 million (approx. €58 mln) which will be included in order bookings for the second quarter of 2013. Construction work starts in June 2013 and will be completed in the first quarter of 2015.
The construction comprises of a total 30,000 m² with commercial space on the first level and office space on the rest of the seven levels. The building will have a green profile with BREEAM classification ‘Very Good’, and it will strive for energy class-A and passive house standard.
