Skanska invests €30 mln in office buildings in Copenhagen, Denmark (DK)

Skanska invests DKK225 mln (approx. €30 mln), in two office buildings in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The two office buildings, Plaza II and Plaza III, with a total area of almost 14,000 m² will be constructed on Havneholmen, Copenhagen. Pandora A/S has signed a leasing contract for the entire area.
Construction work has already started and will be completed in April 2016.
Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates and develops property projects in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings. The company’s operations are concentrated in the three metropolitan regions in Sweden, the Copenhagen region in Denmark, the Oslo region in Norway, as well as Helsinki in Finland.
