Silesia Outlet welcomes 100,000 visitors during its first week (PL)

Neinver has welcomed 100,000 visitors to Silesia Outlet in Gliwice, Poland, during the first week since the opening of the centre. The most popular day was Sunday with nearly 19,000 visitors. The centre comprises 12,000m² of commercial space and 60 shops featuring top domestic and international brands including Bugatti, Bytom, Guess, Diverse, Home&Cook, New Balance, Only, Pepe Jeans, Pierre Cardin, Puma, Triumph and Reebok, among others. Nearly 95% of the space is already leased, with brands such as Adidas and Travel and food operators Daily Sandwich Café and Daily Pizza joining in the coming months.

Silesia Outlet features a large catchment area of over 6.5 million residents. The scheme enjoys an excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway, which connects Cracow, the Silesian Agglomeration and Wroclaw - the largest economic centres of southern Poland.

“We have created a modern and attractive shopping destination in a well-known and already established location. The excellent results of the first week show that Silesia Outlet’s value proposition was needed in Silesia’s retail scenario,” said Miroslaw Januszko, Managing Director at 6B47, investor of the facility.

“Our goal is to complement the centre’s commercial mix with some of our brand partners that are very popular at the FACTORY centres in other regions of Poland,” says Agnieszka Baczynska, International Leasing Director Neinver. “We are in ongoing conversations with both top international and Polish retailers interested in opening at Silesia Outlet.”
