Shurgard is expanding its footprint across Germany with the acquisition of four ZeitLager facilities for €33.3m. Located in Munich and Landshut, the buildings offer over 2,700 self-storage units comprising c.12,500m². The assets benefit from high visibility and excellent transport access. Following the transction, the company will have 25 self-storage centers across Germany.
