Senior promotions announced at AXA Real Estate (FR)

AXA Real Estate, the leading real estate manager in Europe and second globally with €39.5 billion of assets under management, announces a number of senior management promotions within its Property Services team in France.

Pascal Aujoux has been promoted to Head of Property Services France, reporting to Eric Stampfli, Head of Property Services for Southern Europe. The French Property Services team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing the €12 billion of property assets AXA Real Estate owns on behalf of clients in France.

Within the French Property Services team, there have also been a number of promotions in each sub-department. These are as follows:

  • Christophe Facomprez has been promoted to Head of Transactions, with responsibility for acquisitions, disposals, and lettings.
  • Jerôme Delaunay has been appointed as Head of Asset Management.
  • Corinne Delepace has become Head of Real Estate Legal.
  • In addition, Jean-Manuel Rossi is Head of Development, Europe, with responsibility for development, redevelopment and promotion projects.
