SEGRO secures two deals at Gatwick Cargo Centre (UK)

SEGRO has secured two deals at Gatwick Cargo Centre totaling 110,415 ft² (approx. 10,257 m²).


Dnata Limited will occupy Unit 5, which extends to a gross external area of 17,390 ft² in respect of the main shed area and 14,880 ft² in respect of the airside and landside forecourts.


Gatwick Airport Limited has taken up Unit 1 with a gross internal area of 28,500 ft² in respect of the main shed area and 49,645 ft² in respect of the airside and landside forecourts for a lease term of 10 years.

“The Centre is the main distribution hub for one of the UK’s principle and busiest airports, located at the heart of an important and dynamic economic region.


“Gatwick Cargo Centre has proven to be an attractive facility for airport related businesses, offering modern self-contained units with direct airside access, as well as landside forecourts, and direct transport links to London”.
