SEGRO (Slough Estates Group) has acquired a property consisting of three office/logistics buildings located at the Brequetlaan at business park Skypark in Oude Meer, part of the Schiphol Airport area. With this acquisition SEGRO has strenghtend her position further in the Schiphol region.
The total surface of the buildings is approximately 7,200 m² and tenants include General Logistic Systems, Seaborn Express Courier, Intermedium and Stichting thuiszorgwinkel Amstelland en Meerlanden e.o.
Cushman & Wakefield advised the buyer SEGRO in this transaction. DTZ Zadelhoff advised the seller NPC Cityfonds.
SEGRO is a property investment and development company with a total property portfolio of £5.1 billion and 3.9 million m² of business space.
