SEB Trygg Liv sells Stockholm office (SE)

Swedish life insurance company SEB Trygg Liv, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold a 8,053 m² office property at Tegeludden 14, in Stockholm.

The buyer is Djurgårdsstadens Fastigheter Holding AB, a subsidiary of private investor Estancia Fastigheter AB.

The asset is located in Gärdet, a development area in Stockholm's eastern inner city. Tenants include Carl Zeiss and mySafety.

Johan Bernström, Head of Investment Savills Sweden, says: "The office investment market in Sweden remains strong and accounted for a 41% share of the transaction volume in 2011. After a steady start to 2012 we expect the sector to remain stable this year with investor focus on prime assets."
