SEB completes sale of Ukrainian retail business (SE/UA)

In accordance with the November 18, 2011 announcement of the sale of SEB's retail banking business in Ukraine, the sale was completed on June 7, 2012.

SEB will continue to operate in Ukraine as a corporate bank, serving its Nordic, Baltic and German corporate and institutional customers.
