SEB Asset Management lets 2,700 m² of space to pharmaceuticals group in Milan (IT)

The office complex at Via Ludovico il Moro 6 in Milan has a new tenant. AstraZeneca S.p.A. SEB Asset Management has signed a fixed four-year lease with the pharmaceuticals group for around 2,700 m² of office and storage space plus 71 parking spaces.
The company will move into two of the four office floors in March. AstraZeneca is one of the leading global companies in the research-based pharmaceuticals industry, employing a total of around 51,500 people.
RealtyLab acted as the agent for the owner.
The AstraZeneca deal means that SEB Asset Management has scored another prestigious leasing success in the office park, after Banca Mediolanum S.p.A. moved in next door last year. The Italian bank leased approximately 3,100 m² of office space in the neighbouring building. Other major tenants include US group Spectrum Brands and Wincor Nixdorf.
The Via Ludovico il Moro complex comprises three almost identical office buildings with a total floor space of around 18,000 m² and 230 parking spaces. It is located to the south of Milan’s city center in an attractive commercial estate with a strong campus feel and attractive Americanstyle grounds. The good infrastructure and ideal combination of work, leisure and residential opportunities, offer companies an exceptionally attractive environment.
