Savills has been appointed property manager of Wrocław Business Garden, a complex of three office buildings in the south-west of Poland, by ISOC Group, the scheme’s new owner.
Once completed, Wrocław Business Garden will offer 117,000m² of modern office space spread across nine buildings with a shared garden and a separate ground-level restaurant pavilion. It is located in the Fabryczna district, near PKP Mikołajow railway station and the Magnolia Park shopping centre. The complex has been awarded a LEED certification with a platinum rating. The project’s developer is Vastint.
In May 2019, Philippines-based ISOC Group acquired phase one of Wrocław Business Garden. These three office buildings offer a total of approximately 38,700m² of office space that has already been fully let. Savills will deliver property and asset management services.
