International real estate adviser Savills has announced the promotion of Ulf Nilsson to CEO of its Swedish business.
Simon Hope, Chairman of Savills Europe, comments: "We first entered the Scandinavian markets through Tufvesson & Partners in early 2005 and it has served as a stable platform for our business in the Nordics. We thank both Martin and Jonas for their energy and commitment to Savills over the past five years and wish them well in their new career paths."
Ulf Nilsson, CEO of Savills Sweden, says: "The Swedish business is built on firm foundations and I look forward to taking it into a new chapter, in which we hope to expand our core teams and into new businesses."
Martin Tufvesson adds: "Having worked in the industry for 28 years whereof the latest 14 in the property advisory sector I have decided I would like a change and am going to take a break to decide my next move. I will be leaving the business in very capable hands and I am committed to working with the team to ensure a full handover during the next months."
Savills Stockholm based office was established in January 2005 and is located at Sergels Torg 12 in the central business district.
