Savills strengthens valuation team in France with David Poole (FR)

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed David Poole to head its valuation team in France. Based at the firm's Paris office David will be responsible for further developing Savills valuation business in France to include valuation related advisory work in order to offer new, innovative products to clients. In addition he will work on extending the firm's existing domestic and international client base.

David joins Savills from DTZ. He started his real estate career at DTZ's UK business in 1999 before relocating to the company's Paris valuation team in 2001 where he became director of DTZ Eurexi in 2006. David has worked with a prestigious list of institutional and international clients.

Drazenko Grahovac, head of Savills Valuation Europe, says: "David is a great addition to Savills valuation team in France and the pan-European business. His appointment is another step in Savills wider strategy to strengthen the link between the firm's transactional and advisory business."
