International real estate advisor Savills has announced the formation of a strategic alliance with CresaPartners LLC North America's largest specialized tenant representation firm. The arrangement will see Savills and CresaPartners providing a tenant representation service to international clients in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
CresaPartners comprises over 55 offices across North America with over 775 employees. Headquartered in Boston, it was formed in 1993 and is now North America's largest corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants. Together, Savills and CresaPartners will have a global platform of over 250 offices.

This new strategic alliance with CresaPartners will now enable us to better service the needs of these clients as they expand into new markets.
