The hotel, located at Cork International Airport, comprises approximately 12,000 m² on a 1.1 ha site.

The trading hotel, which opened in July 2007, is within walking distance of the airport terminal. It was developed by Bernard McNamara and designed by contemporary German Architect Henrik Frischgesell and incorporates a unique aviation theme taking the shape of an airplane from the sky and integrating aeronautical memorabilia into the interior design.

Tom Barrett, Head of Hotels at Savills Ireland, says: "Cork International Airport Hotel presents a significant opportunity to acquire a unique operating business. The hotel's trade and profitability have grown in recent years and there is great potential to build the business further. This is an excellent opportunity for many owner operators and investors."
