International real estate advisor Savills has begun an expansion plan in France with the recruitment of two office agency directors from Keops and CBRE.

Raymond Genre-Grandpierre, previously of Keops, and Pierre Antoine Matrand, who joins from CBRE, will boost Savills existing office agency department. They will set up new divisions within the team to focus on instructions over 3,000 m² and under 3,000 m² as well as servicing occupier clients. In addition they will focus on further developing the department.
