Savills advises Heitman on sale of €30 million Warsaw distribution center (PL)

Savills has represented Heitman International, acting on behalf of Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II, in the disposal of Manhattan Business and Distribution Center in Warsaw, Poland, for €30 million to CBRE Global Investors.


The 40,788 m² scheme is a modern in-town logistics center situated at Muszkieterów Street. It is located 2km from F. Chopin International Airport, just 15 minutes from Warsaw city center and within 1.5 km from the S2 expressway, the city’s southern bypass.


Michal Cwiklinski, head of investment at Savills Poland, says: “This development benefits from a great location with easy access to Warsaw’s key transport hubs and has attracted strong domestic and international occupiers.”


Manhattan Business and Distribution Center office and warehouse space is currently let to 12 international and national tenants including Konica Minolta, Velux, Willson & Brown, Xerox, Euro RTV AGD.
