Rockspring Property Investment Managers Ltd (formerly PRICOA Property Investment Management), has appointed Carl Maes as European Director. In this new role, Maes will be focusing on investing in Pan-European situations and alternative or emerging real estate asset classes, as well as on real estate private equity. He will be based in the London office.
Prior to joining Rockspring, Carl was a Director of Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments, where he jointly managed the origination and execution capacity of the team, as well as overseeing the portfolio of existing investments. Prior to this, Carl worked as an Associate Director at PRICOA Property Private Equity Ltd, where he focused on continental Europe. Carl's previous appointments were at Brussels-headquartered investment bank Petercam and Price Waterhouse.
