Simon Clarke, Rockspring's European Director in Budapest, who will be supervising the asset management of the portfolio, said: "This is the first time Rockspring has been appointed to solely manage a portfolio for a lending bank. Our experience in the region and expertise on the ground helped us to secure this asset management opportunity and we look forward to working actively on the portfolio as we continue to build on our existing credentials in Central Europe and source similar asset management opportunities in the region."
