ÆRIUM, the European real estate fund manager, has completed the sale of the PIXIS portfolio to Pégase Partners, a French investment company, for 210.5 million. The transaction was introduced by Leonard de Vinci Group.
The 14 asset mixed-use portfolio, the majority of which is located in Paris and its suburbs, provides 60,000 m² of offices, 64,000 m² of logistics and 6,000 m² of retail space. Key tenants include France Telecom, Easydis, Eiffage BNP Paribas, Cetelem and GE Healthcare.
