ÆRIUM completes sale of Pixis office portfolio in €210-million transaction (FR)

ÆRIUM, the European real estate fund manager, has completed the sale of the PIXIS portfolio to Pégase Partners, a French investment company, for €210.5 million. The transaction was introduced by Leonard de Vinci Group.

The 14 asset mixed-use portfolio, the majority of which is located in Paris and its suburbs, provides 60,000 m² of offices, 64,000 m² of logistics and 6,000 m² of retail space. Key tenants include France Telecom, Easydis, Eiffage BNP Paribas, Cetelem and GE Healthcare.

Franck Ruimy, Chief Executive Officer of Ærium Group, said, "We are pleased to have completed this substantial transaction with Pégase Partners, which has enabled ÆRIUM to reach its objective for 2010 of having completed over €500 million of disposals.

"This strategy has greatly benefited our investors who have realized significant returns through capital gain.

"ÆRIUM continues to be strongly positioned for future transactions in the French market aided by the extensive support it receives on the ground from LEONARD DE VINCI Group."

ÆRIUM received legal advice from Wragge & Co. Richemont Berthelot advised Pégase Partners.
