The Spanish property group Renta Corporacion has acquired, from the Olympe group, the La Villette tower (Paris 19), beside the peripherique ring road. The total investment is €94 million, excluding expenses and duties.
After the acquisition, by the Olympe group, of the La Villette tower in December 2000 from Vivendi, the Olympe group restructured this operation in November 2005, with refinancing provided by Crédit Suisse de Londres (for €46.6 million) and a share in the capital of the Beny Steinmetz Group.
