REDEVCO Switzerland has signed an agreement with Brack Electronics to transfer ownership of a 5,510 m² logistics center in Brunegg.
Brack Electronics is a distributor of electronic, audio and visual equipment, based in Switzerland. With the sale of the Brunegg center, REDEVCO is disposing of the last remaining logistics property in its Swiss portfolio. It will sharpen its focus on retail properties in city centers and in the country's major peripheral retail parks.
REDEVCO has been active in the Swiss real estate market for several years now, with a portfolio currently comprising 20 properties and representing a total value of some 400 million Swiss francs (approx. €227 mln.). In 2007 REDEVCO Switzerland acquired a retail property at a prime location in the center of Yverdon. In addition to 2,100 m² of sales area, this property offers 1,200 m² of office space. In early 2008 REDEVCO bought the Neumarkt III property in the center of Brugg.
