Redevco Switzerland has purchased a high street property in Yverdon (French part of Switzerland) from a private owner for approx. €5.2 million . The property, which is fully let, is located in the center of Yverdon-les-Bains between the train station and the pedestrian zone and provides approx. 3,400 m² of retail and office space over four floors. The retail unit of 2,100 m² is rented out to C&A and the 1,300 m² of offices are occupied by different tenants.

The property perfectly fits our strategy. We are a long term investor and our intention is to actively participate in the development of the city center.
