REDEVCO Sweden has purchased a retail warehouse building in Lund from the Swedish real estate company IKANO Fastigheter AB, owned by the founder of IKEA.
The property, which is fully let, is located on a prime location in the Nova Lund retail park, and provides approx. 3,200 m² of retail. The property was constructed in 2005 and is let to Överskottsbolaget on a long lease. The Nova Lund retail park is one of the fastest growing retail parks in Sweden and is strategically located within the very expansive Öresund Region.
