The predominantly office property was extensively refurbished by Redevco in 2009 to provide 2,787 m² of high-quality grade-A accommodation over seven floors. It was successfully let throughout 2010 to six different tenants on leases expiring in either 2015 or 2020 and at headline rental levels of around £45 per ft².
The building also includes 10 residential units which were successfully sold off in 2009/2010.
